My mom constantly finds problems. If it isn't one thing, it's something else. A lot of people I know are actually like that, they search for issues when there are none and if they fail at searching then they seem to make up something. I don't understand the appeal in being so angry at the world all the time. Today, some kid in my sociology class became so upset and offended when I said I was over the whole "celebrate the death of Osama! Fuck ya!" rant every news station and person who knew was talking about it. He said, "YOU'RE CLEARLY NOT AWARE THAT HE KILL LIKE A BILLION PEOPLE, ARE YOU?!" First of all, I am very aware on what exactly Osama Bin laden did, he himself did not bomb the twin towers but his involvement was clear. Second, it was not a billion people you over-exaggerating cunt, get your facts straight. And third, why as a nation do we need to glorify death the way we do? Do you know we killed not only OB, but innocent family members as well? SERIOUSLY? Are we that much of hypocrites?!
Anyway, everybody that for some reason or another cannot contain themselves about sharing the OB assassination, SAVE IT. We all watch the news, get emails, get txts from friends, etc etc. WE KNOW ALREADY. I had people come up to me and say in a cheerful manner, "Guess what!" like they were the only people who knew.

Anyway, that was my political insertion of the day... ONWARD WITH MUSIC.
Sooo on Tuesday the 26th, I went to the THE AIRBORNE TOXIC EVENT concert and the infamous Troubadour! This was my third time at this venue, (I saw The Airborne Toxic Event in Jan 2010 and We Are Scientists in 2010 too) and it's totally the best place to see a show.

So anyway, their new CD came out the same night as the concert, so ... i got it.
And as a review I would say: ROCKS. x)
My favorite song on the album so far is "Numb". It's really smooth and great for a day at the beach.
